Jason Happe has over 27 years of experience providing project and program management for a wide variety of federal and private projects from energy assessments, commissioning, and retro-commissioning projects to operations and maintenance (O&M) support, indoor air quality, sustainability planning, and construction administration. He is an expert in managing large-scale building improvements and mechanical/electrical system projects for military, government, and education facilities, including bio-containment facilities, research laboratories, and higher education buildings to industrial control rooms, potable water distribution facilities, and steam power generation systems
