Davenergy provides full-time Owners Rep healthcare construction management and engineering consulting, as well as Utility Outage coordination, Energy Management System monitoring, and Inventory Management for all facilities maintained by Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) totaling over 2.2 million square feet of healthcare, administrative and clinical spaces. Scope includes the development of Owner’s Project Requirements, project specification and design reviews, constructability reviews, construction inspections, weekly progress reporting, schedule of values/change order review, cost estimating, quality assurance, issues tracking, commissioning & functional testing oversight punch list generation, and project closeout.
